As previously communicated in November last year, we are in the process of retiring our legacy cloud infrastructure.
We are now issuing a final notice that all remaining VPS servers must be manually migrated to our new cloud platform. Unfortunately, an automated migration is not possible due to technical limitations of the legacy environment.
This migration is urgent. The existing cloud platform has become increasingly unstable, and continued operation carries a real risk of service disruption and potential data loss.
To proceed, we require your confirmation so that we can schedule the manual migration of your VPS to the new environment. Our team will coordinate the move to minimise downtime where possible.
If we do not receive confirmation, we cannot guarantee continued availability of services on the legacy platform.
Please contact support as soon as possible so we can assist you with the migration.
