My credit card is not being accepted

Dear Clients,

We use Stripe to process our hosting payments which appears to return the following issue: "Remote billing failure. Please contact support". We have contacted our software vendor about the problem and while we await a solution, the following is the workaround:

From your account pages, top menu, go:

  1. Billing
  2. Payment methods
  3. Add new card
  4. Now add your card to the system
  5. Now go back and pay your invoice

NOTE: Your card is NOT being added or stored in our system, your details are being authenticated with Stripe who returns a token which we keep on our system.
