Please be advised that our VPS infrastructure is being migrated to a new cluster as part of a planned platform upgrade. This requires all client VPS servers to be moved to the new environment.
The legacy system will be permanently shut down at the end of December 2025.
Due to increasing instability on the legacy platform, we are no longer able to guarantee the integrity, availability, or preservation of data on servers that have not been migrated. Customers who do not arrange a migration prior to the shutdown date do so at their own risk, and we accept no responsibility for any data loss, corruption, or service interruption arising from failure to migrate in time.
A notification has been sent requesting that clients schedule a suitable time for their server migration. If you have not yet done so, please contact support as soon as possible to arrange the move.
Failure to respond or to schedule a migration will be deemed acceptance of the above risk.
